The “Rip'N Ride”, brought to life by OZFREERIDE.COM and the Cronulla Freeride Crew in 2008, had the goal of promoting the sport to Rookies entailing a fun filled day with prizes, without the added pressure of a freeride competition.

The success has been the key to a bigger and better event building year after year from the inaugural Rip and Ride of an expected 25 riders we received 42, majority being males aged between 18 and 35. In, 2009 it attracted 60 international and local riders, 2010-11: 67 riders, 2012: 70 and finally to today having to cap the entries at 100, with dozens still on the waiting list.

Since the introduction of the Rip'N Ride, the New South Wales Freeride Association (NSWFA) has been formed as a freeride jet skiing body. Following on from that came the Victorian Freeride Association (VICFA) and Queensland Freeride Watercraft Association (QFWA) with the intention and success of hosting their own Rip'N Ride style events. We have also produced the only Freeride jet ski Forum in Australia, OZFREERIDE.COM.

Since this is a one-column layout, the .content is not floated. If you add a .footer within the .container, it will simply follow the .content div.
